Victim Empathy – OWI

Focused Victim Empathy session for criminal or multiple-offense OWI offenders, utilized in conjunction with the Victim Impact Panel. Offered at a reduced fee with a referral to the panel. Addresses the harm and risks associated with impaired and distracted driving. Offers a community and victim perspective.
