Refer to Restorative Justice Services
In legal cases, offenders are given certain obligations by the court, a social services worker, probation agent, or school professional. Referrals come from these sources and other partner agencies within St. Croix and Pierce Counties. All our services operate based upon principles of individual worth and the belief in the merits of accountability. All sessions close with a commitment to better and safer decision making. Victims, parents of juveniles and community stakeholders are encouraged to contact the Restorative Services Center directly for more information.
As a community-based agency, Restorative Services strives to deliver programming which is respectful of the needs of victims, aiming to guide and redirect youth, young adult, and adult offenders in conflict with the law, or with each other. Intervention services are community-based alternatives or supplements to the formal court process. Restorative Justice based interventions are confidential and give offender participants a chance to make amends to those who have been impacted by crime and interpersonal conflict.
Submit a referral form for each individual being referred or complete the form below to refer to SCV Restorative Justice. Please include with the referral:
- Preferred contact information for your court or agency
- Court timelines or deadlines
- Judgment of conviction, police report or sanction details for screening
