WITC New Richmond 1019 South Knowles Avenue, New RichmondAddresses the impact of impaired and distracted driving on individuals and the community. Required to restore driving privileges after an OWI offense. Law Enforcement Officer administered breathalyzer upon entry. NO PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Registration is taken onsite from 6:30-6:55 p.m. with the panel beginning at 7:00 sharp. No late entries are permitted.
