Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with St. Croix Valley Restorative Services.

Our volunteers play an important role in supporting restorative justice, accountability, healing, and community engagement throughout the St. Croix Valley. Because many volunteer opportunities involve working with sensitive information and individuals navigating challenging situations, some roles may require training, screening, or additional preparation.

We welcome volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Whether you’re looking to give back to your community, share your perspective, gain experience, or support meaningful change, we encourage you to learn more about available opportunities.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Restorative Justice Sessions

Serve as a community stakeholder in restorative dialogue sessions. Community stakeholders help represent the broader community perspective, encourage accountability, and support conversations focused on understanding, repair, and positive change.

Victim Impact Panels

Assist with panel set-up, registration, and clean-up while helping create a welcoming and organized experience for participants and speakers.

Community Speakers

Share your personal experiences and perspectives during restorative justice sessions or Victim Impact Panels. Speakers help participants better understand the impact of their actions and the importance of accountability, empathy, and healing.
